A’Dreana has been weaving stories since her third-grade teacher asked about her dark anime-inspired short story. She originally believed she had impressed the teacher, but it later dawned on her that the teacher was more concerned about an eight-year-old writing about depression. Undeterred, A’Dreana continued writing, turning a slightly misunderstood literary moment into a lifelong passion.
